God’s Timing Is What You Need
Waiting on God’s timing can feel like one of the hardest things to do. In a world that celebrates instant gratification, patience often feels countercultural and even painful. But in the waiting, God is doing a deeper work. He’s not only preparing the blessing but also preparing you to receive it. “But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing” —James 1:4
The truth is that waiting stretches our faith and builds our character. It’s in the seasons of waiting that we learn to rely on God more deeply, trusting Him to work all things together for our good. Like a farmer waiting for a harvest, we may not see the fruit right away, but that doesn’t mean nothing is happening. God is working behind the scenes, aligning everything according to His perfect plan.
If you’re in a season of waiting, don’t lose heart. Remember that God’s delays are not denials—they are divine preparation. Hold onto His promises and trust that He will fulfill them at just the right time. Waiting may be hard, but the results are always worth it.
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry” —Habakkuk 2:3
